* Develop, maintain and enhance business java tools in the business area identified
* Conceptualize analysis framework and provide solutions/escalate problem to manager depending on trend seen
* Work on improving the process and making it efficient within business constraints
* Meet all the process SLAs as defined by the business partner.
* Prepare documentation for reports and provide analysis support for business strategies.
* Maintain documents for compliance reasons
* Take up other productivity improvement projects as identified by team lead.
* Bring about Process improvements.
