Reponsitility and key deliverables :

Job involves managing contractual aspects of projects, both at proposal and implementation stage. These includes drafting of legally and commercially sound contracts, negotiating the same with customers/ vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual provisions during implementation, invoicing and payment follow ups, monthly budgeting and variance tracking.

Experience :5 to 20 yrs

Qualification : MBA or CA or Engineering graduate
