Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for end-to-end business analysis and backlog ownership. The role focuses on requirement elicitation, user story grooming, prioritization, and working closely with Product Managers, Architects, UX designer, Development team, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, well-defined, and implementation-ready user stories.

· 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Functional Analysis

· 6+ years of experience in driving Requirement discussions/meetings/workshops with the Product Manager and other stakeholders.

· Experience of knowledge management & delivery enablement domain of engineering ecosystem.

· Strong experience of working with stakeholders to understand business needs, user personas, operational/process workflows and translate high-level requirements into clear, complete, and testable requirements.

· Extensive experience of user story creation and backlog management with Product Manager, Dev team, UX and testing teams.

· 3+ years of experience of working in Agile methodology/scrum and using Azure DevOps (ADO) for work items and backlog management

· Experience of delivering detailed product demos to Product manager and other stakeholders.
