We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Domestic) with strong exposure to the Indian pharmaceutical market. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, channel development, and strategic partnerships. The ideal profile should have excellent negotiation skills, strong industry connections, and proven experience in pharma sales/business development.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand domestic market presence.
• Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, franchise partners, and institutional customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure consistent business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
• Manage domestic sales pipeline, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, finalize agreements, and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
• Handle product portfolio presentations, proposals, and pricing discussions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharma industry regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for management review.
• Attend pharma exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings to expand networking and brand visibility.
