CFO

* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

* Manage cash flow, working capital

* Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements

* Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders

* Lead fundraising initiatives, debt syndication as and when required.

* Ensure strong internal controls, governance, and risk management

* Provide strategic insights to the CEO and board for key business decisions

Qualifications & Experience

* CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
