Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Windows-based telemetry and analytics components.
- Build windows services and background processes for collecting device health, inventory, and performance data.
- Implement scalable telemetry integrations with cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Develop plugin-based capabilities to extend endpoint functionality.
- Troubleshoot production issues, application crashes, and deployment failures.
- Support enterprise deployments and update mechanisms.
- Contribute to AI-enabled diagnostics, automation, and agent workflows.
- Collaborate with product, cloud, and platform engineering teams.
- Windows Platform Expertise
- Strong understanding of Windows internals.
- Experience developing Windows Services and background applications.
- Knowledge of Windows Registry, WMI, Event Logs, Performance Counters, and system diagnostics.
- Understanding of Active Directory, domain-joined devices, and enterprise device management.

- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with developing windows .net based services desktop based application with windows internals knowledge
- Familiarity with client-server architecture. AWS managed services knowledge is preferrable.
- Analytical skills with respect to understanding of device data patterns.
- Experience collecting and analysing low-level device telemetry.
- Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance practices.
