General Manager – Operations Position: General Manager – Operations Role Summary The General Manager – Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for large-scale, multi-location EPC and construction projects. The role is responsible for end-toend project lifecycle management including planning, execution, commercial control, client management, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities  Define and implement operational strategy aligned with business objectives.  Lead multiple high-value EPC projects simultaneously.  Oversee project planning using MS Project / Primavera P6 and monitor critical milestones.  Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality standards.  Drive project profitability, cost control, billing, claims, and contractual risk mitigation.  Optimize manpower, equipment, and material deployment across projects.  Strengthen coordination between planning, procurement, QA/QC, finance, and site teams.  Lead commercial negotiations with clients and subcontractors.  Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and promote zero-incident culture.  Implement ERP / SAP-based monitoring systems and standardized MIS reporting.  Mentor and develop senior project leadership teams.
