Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Board of Directors and the Group Treasurer based in Paris.
- To perform the role as Heas of Treasury of a newly incorporated Treasury Center India in GIFT City SEZ, with overall responsibility for all treasury operations and compliance activities.
- In close cooperation with Group Treasury in Paris, lead the rampup of the treasury activities in complete alignment between the objectives of the Treasury Center India and Group Treasury. This requires building a strong team of treasury professionals and mentor the team to deliver excellent results.
- To plan the Business Development activities, prepare Annual Business Plan documents and obtain approval of the Board.
- Oversee finalisation of Financial Statements along with disclosure notes and discussion with the Board.
- Monitor adherence and compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and liaise with the SEZ authorities and IFSCA regulatory body on various postincorporation matters. Perform the role of ‘Designated Director’ under the FIU-IND regulation. Lead preparation of various policy documents as required under the IFSCA regulation and put up to the Board for approval.
