Role Overview

Designation / RoleHR Administrator on 1 year contract

Experience1. 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / Core HR. 2. Experience working in a consulting firm or professional services required 3. Exposure to HRIS platforms

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separations.
  • Coordinate offer documentation, employment contracts, background verification, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure timely issuance of letters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital personnel files.
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Generate HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, leave etc.)
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee requests related to policies, benefits, documentation, and systems.
  • Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, policy rollouts, and system upgrades.
  • Contribute to SOP documentation and process standardization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR operations efficiency and service quality.
