IBM ODM Developer

We are seeking an experienced IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing Rule Flows, Decision Tables, and Action Rules within IBM ODM. Additionally, experience with Execution Object Models (XOM) and Business Object Models (BOM) is highly desirable.

• Design and implement Rule Flows and Decision Tables in IBM ODM
• Create and maintain Action Rules to support business logic
• Develop and optimize Execution Object Models (XOM) and Business Object Models (BOM)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of rule-based applications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience working with IBM ODM
• Strong understanding of Rule Flows, Decision Tables, and Action Rules
• Proficiency in developing Execution Object Models (XOM) and Business Object Models (BOM)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
