Install, configure, and maintain Ivanti platforms (EPM / Neurons / ITSM). Manage server components, agents, connectors, and integrations with application. Perform version upgrades, hotfix deployments, and environment patching. Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and system optimization. Proven experience as an Ivanti Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of Ivanti Neurons, including Endpoint Manager and Service Manager Solid knowledge of Ivanti administration, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques Experience in implementing and managing Ivanti patch management processes Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to enhance Ivanti functionality Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
