We are seeking an experienced Regional Head – Business Development (GCC) with strong exposure to the pharmaceutical export business and proven expertise in handling GCC markets. The candidate will be responsible for building the export business strategy, developing key distributor partnerships, driving product registrations, and achieving revenue targets across the GCC region.

This role demands strong leadership, market understanding, negotiation skills, and an established network in the GCC pharmaceutical distribution ecosystem.

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the GCC region to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and appoint distributors, importers, and channel partners across GCC countries.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, wholesalers, hospital procurement teams, and regulatory consultants.
• Drive product portfolio expansion by identifying high-demand molecules and market gaps in the GCC region.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, contracts, margins, and annual business plans with partners.
• Ensure achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets for GCC export markets.
• Monitor competitor activity, market pricing, and regulatory changes affecting business operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and business commitments.
• Represent the company in GCC pharma exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, sales forecasts, and strategic business plans for management review.
• Handle distributor performance monitoring, business review meetings, and corrective action plans where required.
