Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Distribution & Market Expansion
* Build, expand, and stabilize distributor network across urban, semi-urban, and rural markets
* Appoint new distributors and sub-stockists in white-space and low-coverage towns
* Lead new market entry / distribution rollout for new products or brands
* Hire and retain ASMs SO RSMs and TSI
* Ensure optimal beat planning, route productivity, and outlet coverage
Sales & Revenue Management
* Own region-wise primary and secondary sales targets
* Drive consistent volume growth with strong focus on numeric distribution and weighted distribution
* Ensure execution of pricing, schemes, visibility, and trade programs
* Monitor market hygiene: stocks, credit cycles, ROI on schemes
Team Leadership
* Recruit, train, and manage ASMs / Sales Officers
* Drive discipline in reviews, field execution, and performance tracking
* Coach teams on distributor management and outlet-level selling
Market Intelligence & Execution
* Track competition, pricing, pack architecture, and trade practices
* Provide actionable feedback to management on market realities
* Ensure compliance with company processes and reporting systems

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* 10+ years FMCG sales experience with majority tenure in North Gujarat and/or Rajasthan
* Deep personal relationships with distributors in the region
* Proven experience growing territory responsibility over time
* Strong understanding of general trade dynamics
* Comfortable with heavy fieldwork and distributor-level negotiations

* Worked in both Gujarat and Rajasthan markets
