Role Overview

Designation / RoleRPA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Blue Prism processes, objects, and Control Room configurations.
  • Architect and implement automation solutions that integrate with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines for automation artifacts and cloud deployments using Jenkins or equivalent.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and secrets management for bots and cloud resources.
  • Monitor performance and reliability of automations; implement logging, alerting, and remediation workflows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver production-ready automations.
  • Create technical documentation, runbooks, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience developing production Blue Prism automations and working with Blue Prism Cloud.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and cloud infrastructure design.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python or C#.
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), RESTful APIs, and relational databases (SQL).
  • Knowledge of security best practices, identity and access management, and network fundamentals in cloud environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
