Experience8–12 years of total IT experience. • Minimum 5–6 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow IRM modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
- Configure risk statements, controls, control objectives, indicators, issues, and remediation workflows.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer flows.
- Implement integrations between IRM, CMDB, ITSM, and third-party risk/compliance systems.
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for risk exposure, compliance posture, and audit findings.
- Support data migration, enhancements, upg
- rades, and production issues.
- Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
Mandatory
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC – IRM module.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and workflow automation.
- Experience with CMDB and ITSM integrations.
- Understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes.
- Good to Have
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR.
- ServiceNow GRC / IRM certification.
