Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow TPRM modules.
  • Develop vendor onboarding, due diligence, and assessment workflows.
  • Implement risk scoring, issue tracking, and remediation processes.
  • Integrate third-party vendor risk tools and external data sources.
  • Create dashboards and reports for vendor risk and compliance status.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance tuning.

Mandatory

Skills

  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow GRC – TPRM experience.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of vendor risk management concepts.
  • Good to Have
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • ServiceNow GRC / TPRM certification.
