 Troubleshoot integrations using ECC Queue, logs, import sets, and API Explorer.

 Build and configure Virtual Agent topics, conversation flows, and NLU models.

 Integrate Virtual Agent with ITSM modules like Incident, Request, HR, Knowledge.

 Develop custom Virtual Agent topics using Topic Designer and Flow Designer.

Build automated resolution workflows using Virtual Agent + Flow Designer.
