Role Overview
Must-Have
- Strong hands-on testing experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB (basic).
- Experience validating ServiceNow configurations, workflows, SLAs, business rules, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Ability to create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API testing for ServiceNow integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical, defect reporting, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools.
- Understanding of ACLs, notifications, and workflow logic.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Knowledge of CMDB data attributes and relationship validations.
