- VP of Finance – Corporate EJAG Foods Pvt. Ltd. Role Purpose To lead and manage the company’s corporate finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, capital efficiency, compliance control, budgeting, and long-term value creation for the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic financial roadmap aligned with business scale-up.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting cycles.
- Ensure strong financial controls, audit discipline, and statutory compliance.
- Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and capital allocation decisions.
- Manage banking & treasury operations, investor relations, and liquidity planning.
- Oversee plant finance, cost analysis, and pricing governance.
- Prepare and review financial models, projections, and feasibility studies.
- Monitor working capital cycles and improve financial ratios.
- Lead ERP/financial systems implementation and automation.
- Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits. Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong corporate finance expertise in FMCG/manufacturing.
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and costing knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of statutory compliance and audit norms.
- Strong command of MIS, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
- Experience in treasury, fundraising, and investor communication.
- Ability to influence leadership, justify investments, and drive financial discipline.
- Data-driven decision-making and high analytical capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Education & Experience MBA Finance from Tier 1 institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI) or CA. Minimum 10 years experience in corporate finance leadership roles in FMCG/manufacturing.
